Business Manager, ESG Advisory & Assurance to develop and execute the business strategy for UL’s ESG Advisory Services, including Enterprise ESG, Real Estate ESG, and ESG Assurance to drive growth and financial results while ensuring customer satisfaction within a highly matrixed and complex organization. By understanding the customer needs of this group of segments, the Business Manager (BM) works on positioning the business for current and future (1-3 years) success. The role has full P/L responsibility and will have oversight of the three practice leaders in ESG Advisory. It is expected that the BM has a strong Business acumen and good understanding of how decisions impact business results, as the role is accountable for helping ensure sales pipeline of opportunity and quotes in order to meet the budget.
