Tylers of Histon is holding a coffee morning on Friday 30th September from 9am in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Staff will be baking cakes for you to sample with tea and coffee available – the perfect morning warmer.

Trainee Negotiator – Estate & Lettings Agent to be involved in a wide range of property related activities, including arranging and carrying out viewings, negotiating offers and preparing marketing for properties, such as creating virtual tours, floorplans and social media advertising. Experience in estate agency is not essential, but you should be a good communicator both face to face and over the phone.
Viewings Representative to be involved in meeting and greeting potential buyers and tenants at the properties, professionally conducting the viewing, providing exceptional customer service levels. Experience in estate agency is not essential, but you should be a good communicator both face to face and over the phone. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence (for a manual car) and have access to your own vehicle, whilst access to a pool car is available.

The staff are baking mince pies and invite anyone in for a hot drink and to donate to Jimmy’s Night Shelter, supporting the homeless of Cambridge.

Administrator/Negotiator the role is primarily an administrator role, supporting and working alongside Negotiators and Property Managers taking calls, preparing paperwork and aiding service delivery. Whilst largely office based this role is not purely office based. It will occasionally involve face to face meetings with prospective Landlords, Tenants, Sellers, Buyers and Contractors as they visit properties so a full unrestricted driving license is essential.
