Trust Special Educational Needs Coordinator to oversee the development of the SEND provision. This will include working with pupils with individual needs; overseeing the creation and implementation of individual plans to enable pupils to access the curriculum; reviewing and assessing pupil progress and targets; liaising with external agencies and providing pastoral support to pupils and their families. Staff training will be a strong feature of the role.
