    Administrative Assistant to be part of a small office team the role will include some reception duties, greeting visitors, answering emails and telephone calls, managing pupil records including attendance and admissions data, liaison with external agencies (when required e.g. with the local authority regarding admissions), maintaining pupil information records and assisting in the coordination of school events such as parents’ evenings. Part-time position: 4 days a week, 27 hours per week.     Midday Supervisors the roles will involve supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground areas and school premises during the lunch period. You will be expected to monitor the well-being and behaviour of the pupils and to also assist in the setting up/clearing away of the lunchtime areas, where necessary. A willingness to undertake first aid training would also be beneficial to the role. 6.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 1.25 hours per day (lunchtimes).
