Serving In Mission, the UK branch of SIM, an international Christian organisation with more than 4,000 multi-ethnic workers serving in over 80 countries are looking for this role which can be based in their office on the Vision Park.
Compliance & Safeguarding Officer to support the Leadership Team and Board to fulfil their legislative and compliance obligations. Advise and support the leadership team in developing and implementing SIM UK’s policies and procedures to ensure legislative and compliance obligations are met, in maintaining SIM UK’s risk register and support the writing of risk assessments across SIM UK activities and developing and establishing SIM UK’s approach to safeguarding. Provide safeguarding advice and support to staff and volunteers. Manage safeguarding concerns, allegations or incidents reported to SIM UK.
