Designing mechanical components and assemblies for products supporting a diverse customer base. Utilising top-down modelling approaches in 3D CAD software (experience with PTC Onshape is a bonus!). Developing low-cost, high-volume components with DfM expertise in sheet metal, plastic mouldings, extrusions, castings, brazed and welded sub-assemblies, and CNC machining.

  • Solidworks Mechanical Design Contractor – Nyobolt

    Nyobolt an ultra-fast charging technology company are looking for several roles including this one based at their office on the Evolution Business Park on Milton Road.

    Solidworks Mechanical Design Contractor to take on the Mechanical design of components and assemblies for the delivery of products to support Nyobolt’s diverse customer base. Duties will include 3D layout of battery systems, the production of detailed drawings of components suitable for prototype and volume production and the creation of assembly documentation. They expect the contract to be for a minimum of 3 months and to start ASAP.
