Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of care assistants and take a prominent and proactive role within the home. You and your team will be responsible for meeting the day-to-day needs of the people we care for. You will also be responsible for the completion of person-centred care plans and the necessary risk assessments to ensure we are delivering a high standard of care – personalised to each person. Salary from £11.00 to £11.90 per hour. Day and night vacancies available. 12 hour shifts from 8am – 8pm/8pm – 8am, Monday – Sunday. You must be able to work alternate weekends. Lifestyle Coordinator (Care Homes) to create and organise a fun and engaging activities and lifestyle programme to enrich the lives of all residents. This can include activities within the home or liaising with the local community organisations, schools, colleges, churches and much more. You will be required to engage with the residents and their families to establish an understanding of what activities or lifestyle changes would benefit them individually or as a group.
