Cytiva, one of nine Danaher Life Sciences companies, where engineers and scientists design, test and manufacturer specialist cryopreservation systems, are looking for this role which can be based on the Vision Park.
Contract Management Specialist to be responsible for drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including term sheets, CDAs/NDAs, service and license contracts, and other agreements with strategic and key customers, as well as assisting on negotiating contract terms, developing commercial strategies and pricing models, and expanding further our contract management tools and databases. The successful applicant will use sound judgment to identify, evaluate and negotiate contract terms and conditions and other related requirements/risks.
