    Director of Computing due to the relocation of the existing computing lead they are looking to recruit an outstanding practitioner and inspirational leader to oversee Computing and digital literacy across the College. This would include oversight of computing across KS3-5 and the use of 1:1 devices across the College. Start Date September, 2024. Apply By January 29, 2024

    Director of Languages due to internal promotions, they are looking to recruit an outstanding practitioner and inspirational leader to oversee the Languages department. The faculty consists of seventeen teachers across eight languages, and as an IB World School, Languages sits at the heart of the College. This role would also encompass oversight of the development of languages provision in the Trust primary school, Girton Glebe, the first state primary school in the East of England to deliver the IB Primary Years Programme. As Director of Languages you will be responsible for overall leadership of the faculty, delivering CPD and setting the strategic direction, supported by a highly experienced faculty leader and Assistant Principal with oversight of languages. They would welcome applications from candidates across all languages, but the ability to teach German or French would be an advantage. Start Date September, 2024. Apply By January 29, 2024

    Deputy Headteacher to be responsible for supporting the balance of education across academic, social and developmental progress. The focus will be in maintaining an ambitious and engaging curriculum for all areas. The successful candidate will play an integral role within our new leadership team as the main operational lead and deputising for the Head of School.

    Assistant SENDCo to support the next stages in the development of our curriculum across the school in the role of Assistant SENDCo. The successful candidate will be able to provide strong classroom teaching to model the best practice and play an integral role within our newly developing leadership team as the advocate and voice for pupils provision.

    Leader for “Enabling-the-self” with Assistant SENDCo and DSL to support the next stages in the development of school around PSHE, RSE and taught safeguarding. The successful candidate will be able to provide strong classroom teaching to model the best practice and play an integral role within our newly developing leadership team as the advocate and voice for “ETS” and take the lead on all aspects of safeguarding including the responsive and taught safeguarding curriculum.

    Curriculum Leaders to support the next stages in the development of the curriculum across the school in the relevant subject area. The successful candidates will be able to provide strong classroom teaching to model the best practice and play an integral role within the newly developing leadership team as the advocate and voice for their subject, articulating the conceptual progress and small steps within their specialism.

    Curriculum leader in Computing and Online Safety this post holder will also be a part of the safeguarding team to ensure a best practice approach for taught safeguarding with reference to computing and online safety.

    Teacher of Science – Biology they are looking to recruit a Teacher of Science, with a preference for Biology, but would welcome applications from Chemistry specialists. A willingness to teach one of Health and Social Care, Sport Science, Psychology or Environmental Systems & Societies at sixth form level would also be an advantage.
