    Board Member who is a fully qualified accountant (either ACA or ACCA) to join the Board and the Group Audit and Risk Committee. You will probably have qualified in practice. You will have substantive pre- and post-qualification experience that has included auditing and UK accounting standards compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of commercial finance and the wider commercial sector. Part Time, Fixed Term Contract (3 years) Closing date 4 April 2022, interview date 12 & 13 April 2022.

    Tenant Board Member (Open Only To CHS Tenants) to use their skills and experience to reflect the lived experience of tenants and communities on the Board, helping lead the organisation in setting the right strategy so we can continue to invest in and develop excellent services. You don’t need to have previous Board experience nor significant financial skills as training will be provided. The minimum time commitment is 14 days per annum.     New Horizons Next Steps Coach to support participants as they come to the end of their coaching support, to help them make the most of their local community links and the support they have received.  This will include the development, promotion, and monitoring of an online group for New Horizons participants to access. Facilitating connections between people who may be going through similar experiences and providing a safe place for people to connect and support each other, during and after they have completed their coaching.

    Purchase Ledger Team Leader to line manage two Purchase Ledger staff and lead the purchase ledger function for the organisation.  You will be responsible for completing new supplier set up checks for approval, lead the weekly supplier payment runs by BACS. Using the accounting system and Excel, extract data, prepare and distribute a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Report which includes the number of invoices/credit notes and payments processed each month.     ICT Applications Support Analyst working from either the office or home, as required, to ensure that CHS has efficient, effective and relevant systems and software.  Work closely with the business to monitor systems and adapt them to meet changing needs. Producing customer specified reports, data extracts, solutions and implement new software when needed. They are looking for excellent knowledge of SQL reporting and associated technologies, application support and analysis, and in depth knowledge of MS Office 365 Suite, SharePoint and Windows operating systems, both desktop and server.
