    Supported Housing Officer covering a patch of around 61 rented and leased properties in Cambridgeshire. In this highly responsible and varied role you will be at the heart of CHS activity. As part of the community support services team, you will deliver a first-class service to our customers. Dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management you will ensure that homes are let efficiently and fairly, work to maximise rental and service charge income, deal with cases of anti-social behaviour and support our customers to meet the terms of their tenancy agreement. You will also be working closely with other organisations who provide support in the accommodation to ensure the needs of the tenants are met. You will be able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision to ensure a customer focused service is provided.  You will be able to involve customers, work in partnership with other agencies and improve service delivery to meet customers’ needs. The purpose of this role is to make sure that the business has up-to-date, relevant, efficient, and effective computer systems and software, helping them to achieve our aims, deliver high customer satisfaction and service quality. You’ll do this by providing day-to-day operational and technical support for Business systems and service policies. Implementing and maintaining data quality checks and validation processes. Gathering data from various sources, including databases, applications, APIs, and flat files, and transforming it into a format suitable for analysis. Collaborate with the business to assess the use of existing applications and pro-actively suggest improvements.

Dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management you will ensure that homes are let efficiently and fairly, work to maximise rental and service charge income, deal with cases of anti-social behaviour and support customers to meet the terms of their tenancy agreement. 35 hours per week with minimum of 20% office based in Histon, plus working from home.       Performance & Quality Officer they are looking for Two Performance and Quality Officers to join the Property Services Team, to effectively administer, in liaison with the Asset Manager and Contracts Manager, the planning and delivery of the compliance programmes for CHS across its property portfolio.  A key part of this role is to assist with the administration of performance information on the delivery of repairs and maintenance services, using information to recommend continuous improvements to delivery services.  

      Asset Surveyor to support the Asset Manager in collecting and analysing asset data to inform delivery of the Asset Management Strategy and future asset management decisions. Update the asset management database to ensure that CHS develops forward programmes of work that are robust and realistic. Use financial data to pro-actively manage service delivery within agreed budgets and to contribute to annual budget setting process. Be responsible for the day-to-day management of designated contracts ensuring compliance with agreed Service Standards and to ensure these services provide Value-for-Money.
