  • Netball Holiday Camp

    South Cambs District Council is running a netball holiday camp on 28th May at Impington Village College Sports Centre.

    Receive coaching suitable for all abilities from those who are trying netball for the first time to those who already play.  The days will have fun games/activities in attacking and defending, along with learning the skills of shooting, footwork, passing and catching.

    Full-Time, Part-Time hours & flexible arrangements considered.

    Our standard shift structure is 12 ½ hour shifts (includes unpaid break)

  • Playworker – Cambridge Kids Club

    Playworker – Cambridge Kids Club

    Cambridge Kids Club who provide supervised care before and after school for children are looking for this role.

    Afterschool Playworker to provide a fun, caring and safe environment, through a range of individual and group activities, for children between the ages of 4 and 11. Up to 25 hours in term-time (7:30 – 9:00 & 15:00 – 18:00). During school holidays, we can offer up to 40 hours in the holiday play-schemes (operational).

  • Kawaii Kubs Garden Party

    Kawaii Kubs is holding a play session on Sunday 16th April from 9am for different age groups at the Royal British Legion.

    Explore sensory and messy flower trays and activities and make a beautiful paper flower to take home. You can also climb, leap and slide down Cambridge Soft Play’s garden themed soft play. 

    Sessions at 9am, 10.30am and 3pm are for Preschool mixed ages of walking to 5 years. 12pm and 1.30pm is also suitable for babies.

    Histon Library is holding two Lego sessions during the Easter holidays on Monday 3rd and Thursday 13th April from 11.15am – 12.30pm.

  • Easter Book Trail

    Histon Library is running an Easter Book Trail which will be in place from Saturday 1st until Sunday 16th April, supported by Histon and Impington Library Friends (HILF).

    Follow your own route on a map to find books about birds in windows around the village.

    Entry forms £1 from the library or Topiary Tree. Take your completed forms to the library by Friday 21st April and they will draw out the lucky winners of Easter eggs kindly donated by the Co Op.

    Open to all. Children must be accompanied.

  • Kawaii Kubs Easter Eggstravaganza

    Kawaii Kubs is holding a play session on Sunday 2nd April from 9am for different age groups at the Royal British Legion.

    Sessions at 9am, 10.30am and 3pm are for Preschool mixed ages of walking to 5 years. 12pm and 1.30pm is also suitable for babies. Special session at 4.30pm for kids aged 5-9.

    Play our bunnies digging for carrots game, explore sensory Easter play trays and activities, decorate a giant hanging Easter egg and make beautiful Easter cards and cute Easter chicks to take home.
