  • Kawaii Kubs – Under the Sea

    Kawaii Kubs is holding play sessions on Sunday 8th June at 9am and 11am at the Royal British Legion.

    Join us in an adventure under the sea. Explore our messy and sensory sea-themed playtrays with all sorts of treasures to discover. Take part in our clean the ocean activity and have fun with our fishy friends and more.

    Sessions are suitable for for sitting babies, toddlers, and kids up to 5/6 years old.

    South Cambs Community Engagement Meeting

    Cambridgeshire Constabulary is holding a South Cambs Community Engagement meeting on Wednesday 21st May from 7pm online.

    During the meeting you will get the opportunity to meet your neighbourhood officers, find out what has been happening over the past three months and help shape the policing priorities for the future. There is also a question-and-answer section so you can ask the neighbourhood officers anything you wish.

    Conversations about … EV Cars

    HI Sustainability has a meeting on Monday 2nd June from 7.30pm at the Salvation Army hall.

    We’ll be sharing experiences about EV cars.  This event is for anyone who has an electric car, is thinking about getting one, or is just curious.  

    ‘Conversations about….’ evenings are friendly gatherings at which to meet new people and share ideas. All welcome. Refreshments provided. No booking required.

    Enjoy a fun afternoon with friends and create your very own masterpiece at the Saint Andrew’s Centre on Saturday 17th May at 12pm. No experience required as you will be guided step by step. 

    All materials included in the class. On the day arrive a little early to get your seat and remember to bring your own food and drink as there will be no bar.

    These classes are suitable for 13+ (alcohol only for over 18).

    Kawaii Kubs is holding play sessions on Sunday 11th May at 9am and 11am at the Royal British Legion.

    Earn your apprenticeship as a budding builder on our Kawaii Construction site. Practice your truck driving skills around our cones, play our cone hoop toss game, practice using your tool set, play our hammer smash activity and more.

  • Bird Song Guided Walk

    Guided walk at Croft Close Nature Reserve on Saturday 3rd May from 8 – 9.30am.

    April/May is one of the best months to get out and enjoy nature, particularly bird song. This guided walk led by a birding enthusiast will be all about enjoying the early morning bird song, and seeing a summer migrant or two as a bonus.

    An afternoon of activities for all ages to connect. 2-3.30pm every two weeks on the Recreation Ground.

    Activities will include:

    • Board and Card Games + puzzles
    • Indoor Games
    • Trishaw rides (weather permitting)

    £4 Cost per session including tea & cake.

  • Accorde Choir

    Accorde Choir rehearses every Thursday from 7.30 – 9.30pm at the Saint Andrew’s Centre.

    Accorde is a Cambridge-based chamber choir which sings a wide range of music, both a capella and accompanied. We present 6-8 concerts per year in small to medium sized venues, mainly to raise funds for good causes.
