Bringing support, friendship & advice to those experiencing mental wellbeing challenges, loneliness, isolation and memory loss (carers & family members welcome)
This twice monthly group on Fridays 10-11.30am is open to both mums and dads with children from birth up to age 11, with a particular focus on toddlers/early years.
Come along to share experiences and make friends with other local parents at different stages of their parenting journey.
The group is facilitated by local doula and parental wellbeing supporter, Ren, with the support of HI Friends.

The farmers’ market is on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 9am to noon at Impington Village College.
The market sells high quality produce, much of it grown, reared or made in the local area.
Shine is a new initiative from St Andrew’s Histon to reach out to families with under five year olds from newborns to pre-schoolers. On Friday mornings they are hosting a short and sweet coffee morning chat at 11am for about half an hour on Zoom. Their aim is to be a place of welcome, hospitality and sanctuary from the storms of life!
Currently, they are creating a weekly magazine style TV programme for YouTube with a story, craft, singing and more. Alongside this they will deliver craft packs to homes with everything you need to make what we demonstrate ‘Blue Peter’ style in the programme!
