    Runs “off road” for all the family at the Recreation Ground from 9.30am on Monday 1st May, registration on the day from 8.45am and medals for under 14s.

    Histon and Impington Library Friends (HILF) is sponsoring a drawing/writing workshop on Wednesday 5th April from 11am – 12.15pm at Histon Library.

    The session is based on Elena Arevalo Melville’s book “Umbrella”.

    Histon Smokehouse reopens its Saturday market on 18th March from 9am to 3pm.

    There will be a variety of stalls selling bags, cakes, jewellery, sweets, flowers and dog treats.

  • Monstrous Fun Holiday Club

    Impington Sports Centre is running its holiday club during the Easter holidays from 3rd – 6th April and 11th – 14th April.

    The days run from 8.30am to 5.30pm and it is for children aged 5 to 11 years old. Swimming, sports and games, arts & crafts, movie time, Determinator Inflatable (Thursday only) and trampoline (Friday only).

  • Flood Resilience Day

    Cambridgeshire County Council is holding a Flood Resilience awareness event on Saturday 25th March from 10am to 3pm from a ‘Floodmobile’ vehicle in Tesco Express car park.

    The purpose is to provide information to residents on flood resilience measures that can be incorporated into properties.  There will be members of the Flood Risk team on site to answers questions and advice on over 50 practical flood protection measures.

    Free to attend and no booking required.

  • Beats and Bars Workshop

    Cambridgeshire Music is running a Beats and Bars Workshop with Xidus Pain on Tuesday 4th April from 10am – 4pm at its headquarters in New School Road.

    School students in Years 7-11 are invited to explore the complexities of Rap music, the lyric writing process, and how to develop Rap performance.

  • Kawaii Kubs Dinosaur Discovery

    Kawaii Kubs is holding a play session on Sunday 12th March from 9am for different age groups at the Royal British Legion.

    Sessions at 9am, 10.30am and 3pm are for Preschool mixed ages of walking to 5 years. 12pm is mixed preschool ages plus babies. 1.30pm is sitting babies up to toddling.
