    Painting Passions have an evening on Monday 3rd October from 7-9pm at the Saint Andrew’s Centre.

    Come and join in a fun creative night while enjoying a drink or two with friends. All the supplies (not alcohol) are provided for your two hour paint class and you will be talked through each stage step by step.

  • Path Adopters – Croft Set-Aside

    There is a ‘Thank you’ event for the people who help maintain the Croft Set-Aside on Saturday 22nd October from 3pm at 5, Barrowcrofts, Histon.

    If you would like to get involved with the maintenance of the set aside or Long Meadow, you will be made very welcome.

  • Tylers Macmillan Coffee Morning

    Tylers of Histon is holding a coffee morning on Friday 30th September from 9am in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

    Staff will be baking cakes for you to sample with tea and coffee available – the perfect morning warmer.

    We hope you will take ten minutes to pop in and raise money for a very deserving charity.

  • Swish Clothes Swap Party

    The second Histon Swish will take place on Saturday 5th November at the Saint Andrew’s Centre from 12pm.

    Swishes, or clothes swap parties help you refresh your wardrobe without adding to your footprint. Bring women’s, men’s and children’s clothes, shoes and accessories in good, clean condition. You can bring and take as much as you like. There will be additional sections for Christmas jumpers, formal wear and children’s dressing up clothes.

    Drop your items off at midday and whilst we sort your clothes there will be homemade cakes and soup to enjoy. A free event organised by HI Sustainability and Cambridge Carbon Footprint with support from Histon and Impington Youth Eco Council.

    Cambridgeshire Music is launching its new centre on 23rd and 24th September in New School Road, Histon.

    With workshops aimed for children, young people and families to try, play and enjoy our new musical space. Events from Live Open Mic Night to SEN, Family Music workshops to a folk party on the Saturday evening.

    All events and workshops are free.
