Greater Cambridge Partnership is holding a public exhibition on Saturday 5th November from 10am to 1pm at the Meadows Community Centre, just south of the A14.
Come along to hear/view more on the proposals for faster, cheaper, more reliable bus services and safer cycling through the introduction of a Sustainable Travel Zone. Have your questions answered by a member of the project team.
Histon Salvation Army is holding a Winter Fayre and Community Breakfast on Saturday 19th November from 9.30am to 12pm.

There will be a vintage and craft fair on Saturday 3rd December from 10.30am – 4pm at the Histon and Impington Royal British Legion.
The fair will be made up of a mix of antiques, vintage, crafts and collectables.

Impington Opportunity Playgroup is holding a Christmas fundraising event on 23rd November at 7pm at the Saint Andrew’s Centre.
Lots of exciting stalls – Christmas wreaths & decorations, knitted gifts, good as new, sweets, candles, mystery tombola, raffle, soaps, crafts, children’s books, Christmas themed stalls, jewellery, and much more.
All proceeds go to Impington Opportunity Playgroup & Cambridge Disabled Kids Swimming Club.

Histon and Impington Archaeology Group have a talk on Thursday 10th November at 7.30pm at Histon Methodist Church.
N.B. this month’s talk is on Thursday rather than the usual Monday.
Diane Milan, Lecturer with the University of the Third Age, will lead the talk which will discuss how metal detecting has made a huge difference to Viking studies in our region.

The Crafty Kids and Histon Smokehouse are holding a fundraising event on Sunday 30th October from 11am to 3pm.
Entry is free. As well as the kids stalls there will be Halloween craft sessions with Mucky Pups Cambridge, Halloween games and face painting.
