Palm Tree-O Concert
Impington Music Society is holding a concert on Friday 11th November from 7.30pm at Impington Village College.
The Palm Tree-O will take us on a nostalgic trip back to the elegant days of afternoon tea accompanied by the salon music of the early part of the 20th century. For many years, the trio (Andrew Taylor, piano; Helen Godfrey, cello; Bruce Godfrey, violin) played ‘mood’ music in the Long Gallery at Wimpole Hall. They all have very impressive musical achievements as well as day jobs in teaching, mathematics and science. A lovely, relaxing evening in the style of days-gone-by in the Brackenbury Room.

There will be a mini Kawaii Kubs corner set up with themed play trays, along with some soft play to keep your wee ones busy and having fun. For the first event the play theme is Construction.
This will be a small friendly coffee group so ticket numbers will be limited. The coffee club runs between 1pm and 3pm, perfect for the pre school pick up of older siblings. You can arrive any time between 1pm and 3pm and stay for all or just part of it, whatever works best for you in this friendly, casual environment.
