Trainee Negotiator – Estate & Lettings Agent to be involved in a wide range of property related activities, including arranging and carrying out viewings, negotiating offers and preparing marketing for properties, such as creating virtual tours, floorplans and social media advertising. Experience in estate agency is not essential, but you should be a good communicator both face to face and over the phone.
Viewings Representative to be involved in meeting and greeting potential buyers and tenants at the properties, professionally conducting the viewing, providing exceptional customer service levels. Experience in estate agency is not essential, but you should be a good communicator both face to face and over the phone. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence (for a manual car) and have access to your own vehicle, whilst access to a pool car is available.
