IVC who are part of the Eastern Learning Alliance are looking to recruit to these teaching roles where part time candidates are very welcome, ECTs will be nurtured and developed. They would, however, particularly welcome applications from teachers with at least two or three years’ experience who are looking for a new challenge and for the support and coaching needed to prepare for middle and senior leadership roles.
