Site Trainer the role is within the factory to deliver a training programme to the individual from induction into the business on to their competency of running the asset or function they have been employed to do. The role involves working with the team managers to ensure their staff are trained to a level of autonomy and competence that meets the area needs and grade of the asset/function the trainee is occupying.
