HI Friends, who run the wellbeing team and a range of activities in the village, are looking for this role.
Services Support & Holiday at Home Coordinator to be responsible for ‘Holiday at Home’ which is a new activity being started by HI Friends to organise a special series of activities on a regular basis in the Spring, Summer and at Christmas for older residents with the aims to help reduce isolation, encourage friendships and provide something ‘special’. Activities included outings, special talks, craft making, concerts and tea dances. The role will also include an outreach role proactively to get along side those isolated and encourage participation in charity and wider community activities.
