QARA Training Manager to maintain the Global QMS Personnel Training procedure and specifying the processes for identifying individual training needs, ensuring appropriate personnel are trained, individual training needs and plans are documented and readily available for the global team. Ensure processes are in place to ensure employees at a global level have knowledge, skills, and abilities to consistently perform their job at a high level of compliance and performance. Formulate project plans, establishing priorities for training module development and revision in support of deploying standard and consistent QARA training across Cytiva.
