Cambridge Housing Society (CHS Group), a charitable housing association and social enterprise, are recruiting for this role at their head office on the Vision Park.
Performance & Quality Officer they are looking for Two Performance and Quality Officers to join the Property Services Team, to effectively administer, in liaison with the Asset Manager and Contracts Manager, the planning and delivery of the compliance programmes for CHS across its property portfolio. A key part of this role is to assist with the administration of performance information on the delivery of repairs and maintenance services, using information to recommend continuous improvements to delivery services.
Asset Surveyor to support the Asset Manager in collecting and analysing asset data to inform delivery of the Asset Management Strategy and future asset management decisions. Update the asset management database to ensure that CHS develops forward programmes of work that are robust and realistic. Use financial data to pro-actively manage service delivery within agreed budgets and to contribute to annual budget setting process. Be responsible for the day-to-day management of designated contracts ensuring compliance with agreed Service Standards and to ensure these services provide Value-for-Money.
