Cambridge Housing Society (CHS Group), a charitable housing association and social enterprise, are recruiting for this role at their head office on the Vision Park.
Performance Analyst to develop reports and produce performance data/information to ensure the effective delivery of CHS services, primarily but not exclusively involving repairs & maintenance services. Assist in driving change to ensure continuous improvement in the way data is recorded, stored, managed and retrieved within the CHS IT systems. Lead on developing presentation of data handled in the Business Intelligence team including customer feedback and performance dashboards. Salary: £16.08 per hour Part time/ Permanent (Job-Share)/7-14 hours per week ideally to be worked Mon/Tue (flexible working options available)
