Bramley Court Care Home are looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator to be responsible for planning and delivering a range of social activities and lifestyle choices for the residents, focused on providing a personalised experience for every individual resident. An emphasis on ensuring resident’s families are supported and engaged in the life of the home is also very much a part of a Lifestyle Co-Ordinator’s role.
