Brady, a software company working in the commodities and energy markets who have an office on the Vision Park in Histon, are looking for this role.
HR Manager to maximise the ability of employees to deliver on Brady Commodities’ ambitious growth objectives. As a standalone HR Manager, this is a hands-on role which holds overall accountability for the output of the People function. This role works in partnership with the business and executive leaders and is embedded into the organisation’s business units and strategic people discussions. The role will champion people best practice, lead and drive strategic People initiatives and project implementations and ensure quality and consistency in HR advice provided.
