Family Support Worker to provide an intensive support service to pupils and/or
their parents, identified by the schools as ‘vulnerable’ or ‘in need’ and provide a link between home and school to help resolve difficulties at an early stage. This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2021 – 17 hours per week – Term Time Only
