Executive Director, Product Development Lead this Global Molecule Lead (GML) has a significant impact on a molecule or franchise of molecules at all stages of the product lifecycle. The GML is responsible for the establishment and execution of a global molecule(s) strategy which integrates scientific rationale, clinical development, regulatory, commercial and CMC strategy, and a global neuroscience franchise plan that optimizes value and is aligned with corporate business objectives. The GML provides strategic leadership to one or more Global Molecule Team (GMT), and partners with functional area leaders to ensure that the team has necessary resources (per the operating plan) and capabilities to execute on the approved global molecule strategy.
