Cambridge Housing Society (CHS Group), a charitable housing association and social enterprise, are recruiting for 2 roles based at their head office on the Vision Park including this new one.

Customer Service Adviser to be the first point of contact for customers, providing a first class customer-focussed service when dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries, emails, live chat and face to face. The Customer Services Team also plays a critical part in providing efficient support to our Housing Management and Property Services Teams. Full Time/35 hours per week/ Permanent. Closing Date: Midnight 2nd February 2022
