Community Phlebotomist to support service users with their physical health needs including venepuncture, taking Blood Pressure, weight and height and other tasks as required. This will require working across several Neighbourhood teams travelling across Cambridge to provide phlebotomy service to 4 Neighbourhood teams (North Village, South City, North City and East). Community Staff Nurse to provide nursing care to patients in their own home or residential setting to adults with a range of complex health needs.
