Sous Chef to be involved with preparing a variety of dishes with flair, passion, and imagination – including meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, including all marinades and sauces to accompany your dishes. As a senior member of the kitchen brigade, you will play a pivotal part in the development of your chefs.
