Bank Diagnostic Imaging Administrator to greet all patients, ensuring a smooth patient journey throughout, register all patients as they arrive and update information accurately in SAP, the hospital computer system and to answer telephones and respond to queries in a timely manner. Apply Before 04/01/2023

Health and Safety Administrator to be be part of a small team to ensure the health and safety for the site is adhered too. A key responsibility is liaising with various departments to help in the preparation of any Health and Safety workshops given by the team. General/Catering Assistant to assist in the preparation and delivery of a food and beverage service to patients, consultants and staff in both the staff restaurant and patient rooms, through basic food preparation and service. In addition to this, the successful candidate will ensure all work is carried out in a hygienic and methodical manner. This is a part time, permanent position where you will be work Monday – Sunday across 4 days  with 1 in 3 weekends required (when working weekends, you would have days off in the week). Bookings Administrator on a fixed term contract for 6 months. This would be working within the Bookings Department, and working with Medical Secretaries, Consultants and other departments within the hospital to manage clinic administration, provide patients with information and book appointments for the hospital.  Providing a first class service to patients ensuring all information and documentation is accurate and actioned on time. You will need to accommodate the working hours required. This would include one 08:00 – 16:00 and one 10:00 – 18:00 shift Monday – Thursday, and the rest being 09:00 – 17:00.
