Associate / Senior Associate (Wealth Preservation) to work on a varied mix of wealth preservation matters, with support from the partners to develop in your role. In addition to complex matters concerning Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and Probate, the team also give specialist advice on inheritance tax, tax planning and trust/estate management. In this role, you will work independently and efficiently on a wide range of existing client work, undertake business development to grow the client base and referral network and supervise junior lawyers and paralegals.
