A user-led organisation for adults who have experience of mental health difficulties in their lives. From its base at The Bath House, Gwydir Street, Cambridge CB1 2LW a wide range of free services are offered to help and support their members in wellbeing and recovery.

I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) Clinical Psychologist who provides therapy to adults in private practice. I support people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Chair-based exercise groups for older people and those recovering from some illnesses, meeting with qualified instructors on Mondays at the Recreation Centre. Transport within village on request. To restart when able. 10–11am: social fitness with a mixture of seated and standing positions. 11.30am–1.30pm: living with stroke and other long-term conditions. 2–3pm: memory and coordination exercise classes.
