The Besom in Histon and Impington
The Besom in Histon and Impington is a voluntary service which represents the village churches in action, helping local people on benefits who need goods or a hand with their homes. Most referrals come via South Cambridgeshire District Council social housing services, but not exclusively.
Henry Morris Trust
The Henry Morris Memorial Trust is a local charity that makes cash awards to young people aged 13–19 in Cambridgeshire. The grants are specifically for travel-based* or home-based projects planned and organised independently by young people. Applications can be made as an individual or as part of a small group. Any young person who may benefit should be  directed towards the website for more information and an online application form: the deadline is 31 January 2021. *NB: because of present travel risks, in 2021 the charity will only fund home-based projects.
