A scheme for adults who are struggling with their mental well­being to come together with trained volunteers offering friendship, support and a sense of connection.
Hearing Help
Cambridgeshire Hearing Help aims to reduce the impact of hearing loss on people’s lives across Cambridgeshire.
CamSight’s monthly Peer Support Groups provide an opportunity to meet with others, who live with a life-changing sight loss condition, and receive information from CamSight representatives and guest speakers.
Community Coffee Shop
A warm welcome, friendship and refreshments in the Methodist Hall where the cafe has now reopened from 9.30am–noon on Wednesdays.
HIFriends
A two-seater passenger trishaw available to provide rides for older residents and others who have limited mobility. Volunteer pilots can be provided.
Support for older people to assist independent living ­­in their own homes. Monday-Friday, 9.15am-1.15pm.
Meets Tuesdays and Fridays, 9.30am-1.30pm, Baptist Church Hall. Open to men and women over sixty. A warm welcome to new members.
