HIFriends

Chair-based exercise groups for older people and those recovering from some illnesses, meeting with qualified instructors on Mondays at the Recreation Centre. Transport within village on request. To restart when able. 10–11am: social fitness with a mixture of seated and standing positions.

11.30am–1.30pm: living with stroke and other long-term conditions. 2–3pm: memory and coordination exercise classes.
