Process Control Officer to ensure the factory and legal quality standards are adhered to whilst providing the necessary technical information and advice to the Operations Teams across site with a ‘hands on’ style. The role will report to the Senior Process Control Officer and will communicate issues related to product quality and efficiency. The role is integral in the delivery of fully compliant products in terms of food safety, legality, quality and efficiency. Holders are required to develop a close working relationship with all Site/Factory personnel with the overall aim of driving improvements in conversion/compliance outcomes, themselves and their colleagues. Effective performance of responsibilities across all process environments is required.
Team Manager- Everyday Puddings to champion of H&S, Quality and Delivery and ensure that products are manufactured by your team to required quality and cost as per the production plan. Staff development is a priority to ensure succession where required, well trained, well motivated staff are developed and retained. and to be a passionate advocate of our products.
