Account Manager: Marketing at a range of levels to create, drive and execute strategic plans for clients, working as part of a wider account team. This will include interpreting the business challenges faced by BioStrata’s clients (for example, bottlenecks in their sales funnel) and then making recommendations to solve these issues. Creating integrated marketing strategies and plans that are targeted to these needs and objectives, applying an in-depth knowledge of all marketing tactics to select appropriate activities and channels that deliver results. Account Director: Marketing to work on several client accounts to create, drive and help execute strategic inbound marketing plans. You will lead strategic-level projects across a diverse mix of client accounts and manage a team of like-minded colleagues, developing them along with yourself and your clients. New Horizons Next Steps Coach to support participants as they come to the end of their coaching support, to help them make the most of their local community links and the support they have received. This will include the development, promotion, and monitoring of an online group for New Horizons participants to access. Facilitating connections between people who may be going through similar experiences and providing a safe place for people to connect and support each other, during and after they have completed their coaching.
