Analyze and conduct research for prioritization of buyer personas, assist in development of buyer personas, and gather buyer insights to assist with new innovation. Define and develop portfolio messaging and content targeting the identified decision maker. Conduct research and analysis to understand differentiators to buyer audience, implement buyer-centric messaging across all communications. Manage product launches across portfolio and ongoing oversight of launch plan governance.
