Finance Administrator ensuring the smooth and accurate completion of weekly and monthly donation processing, payments and the balancing of accounts. You will be answering enquiries directly from supporters and churches, and from mission workers around the world. You will work alongside a small team to meet demands, improve efficiency and send reports. 12 months initial contract. Closing date: Wed 27 April 2022
Mission Support Assistant supporting all areas of the SIM UK office work to serve our mission workers, churches and the wider community of supporters. The Mission Support Assistants spend part of their time working in different departments, assisting with events and coordinating areas of the staff team. Your responsibilities will include financial activities, administration, communications and enquiries, requiring keen attention to detail and accuracy, alongside good interpersonal skills. You will be part of communicating the purpose and vision of SIM UK, helping us providing friendly and efficient support to supporters, workers and churches. You’ll be carrying out finance and database management activities accurately, and participate in communications on social media. 12 month contract. Closing date: Wed 27 April 2022
