Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT), are looking for a part time (22.5 hours per week) Tissue Viability Specialist Nurse to work as a member of the Community Tissue Viability Team based in Histon Police Station but required to travel county wide. The role includes seeing complex patients individually in their home or in a nurse led clinic setting, designing teaching resources, educating and mentoring other professionals, assisting in policy writing, standard operating procedures, datix, auditing, engaging in clinical trials/research and have an in-depth knowledge of wound care products.
