Production Operative APV to be semi autonomous in controlling their asset /area and apply Good Manufacturing Principles at all times. Grade 3 operators can be allocated to a machine/s in areas where the business risk in responsibility is supported by an area line manager, trainer and auditing feedback. Schedule is working double day shifts – week 1 6am to 1.48pm, week 2 1.42pm to 9.30pm.
