Formulation Scientist to research new formulation approaches and innovative new technologies for adjuvants, bio-stimulants and bio-crop protection products. Design and execute experiments to develop robust formulations for the various products. Design and conduct Stability Studies and Product Testing Procedures to ensure formulations meet commercial criteria. Key evaluations include efficacy, microbial stability, pH measurements, physical properties (viscosity, dispersion, particle size, emulsion/suspension, etc.), compatibility testing (container, tank mix, etc.), and ASTM methods.
