Housing Officer in the General Needs Housing Team, covering a patch of about 400 rented and shared ownership properties across Cambridgeshire. Dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management you will ensure that homes are let efficiently and fairly, work to maximise rental and service charge income, deal with cases of anti-social behaviour and support customers to meet the terms of their tenancy agreement. 35 hours per week with minimum of 20% office based in Histon, plus working from home.
