NIAB, a crop science organisation with a research facility at their Park Farm location in Impington, are looking for this new role.
Temporary Field Trials Technicians to work in plant variety trials. The roles will involve sample collection, measuring plant characteristics in the field and via image analysis, and a range of other practical tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in agricultural field crops/plot trials, while developing professional skills in team working, time management and practical problem solving. The work can be physically demanding and will entail spending substantial periods working outdoors, in all weather conditions. Fixed term from March to 31 August 2023 Closing date: 08 Feb 2023.
