Leisure Assistant for the day-to-day operation of the facilities. This includes high standards of pool supervision, maintaining excellent levels of cleanliness through the sports centre and ensuring a safe environment for our users at all times. In addition, the role requires you to cover the reception desk and perform front of house duties. You will hold a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification and be available to attend a 2-hour training session once a month. 37 hours on shift including weekends, early morning and evenings. Leisure Assistant as a Swimming Assistant to work in our popular Sports Centre. The posts are available for daytime, evening and weekend work. It is desirable, but not essential, that candidates hold the ASA Level 1 Certificate for Teaching Swimming or equivalent.
We offer a varied group swimming lesson programme from 3yrs through to Adults following the Swim England framework. Candidates should be able to communicate well with both adults and children with an emphasis on learning, safety and customer care. Variable hours. Closing date 29 July 2022
