ServiceMax Developer reporting to the Head of Information Services, you will focus on implementing ServiceMax-based solutions to support field service and business processes. Your primary role will be to configure ServiceMax Wizards, Transactions (SFMs) and Output Documents to meet evolving business processes and application requirements, in line with our existing provisions and utilizing best practices. As a ServiceMax Developer, you will also have basic knowledge and experience of configuring Salesforce environments and, being adaptable, your skills in this area might be called on periodically for work outside the Field Service remit.
