Service and Support roles for Process Analyst, Engineer, Product Owner, Asset Coordinator – CMR Surgical

CMR Surgical currently have 39 open vacancies based on the Evolution Business Park on Milton Road, including these new ones.

Process Analyst to ensure the servicing teams have scalable processes and solutions that meet the immediate business needs as well as supporting the fast growth of the business. Identifying key process improvements in field service and related support activities, including third party service distributors.

Service and Support Engineer to support the on-boarding of new regions, including managing the onboarding and oversight of a third-party service organisation. Installation, troubleshooting, repair, and scheduled maintenance of surgical robotic systems within the new territories. The role is field based, UK and rest of world.

Service and Support Product Owner to define and scope the continual refinement of their field service software and act as a liaison for the Data team, supporting the development of internal digital products. Collate the requirements of digital products that relate to servicing and prioritise the changes, aligning with wider business objectives and strategies.

Service and Support Asset Coordinator to forecast, manage, and improve the process of ensuring the Field Service teams have all the equipment and engineering consumables that are required globally. Coordinate the planned service of robotic units used by internal customers and manage the roll-out of routine upgrades and service to the field, maintaining clear and detailed records.
